2023 Mural PricingThere are three parts to your project cost --
1) Concept Fee: This covers the time spent researching, designing and refining your mural's concept or design. 2) Materials: Paint and other standard materials are included in your total cost, but additional equipment rentals, travel costs, etc will require an extra fee. Materials cost will be given as an estimated range and then added to your final invoice. 3) Installation: This is calculated based on the size of your mural and ranges depending on the type of wall surface and level of design detail. I have a project minimum of $1500. If you have a project in mind, the best place to start is by setting up a call to talk through your idea. |
Benefits of Large-Scale ArtExtension of Visual Branding: Mural work allows for more creativity and detail than primary brand elements like logo marks. As a Brand Designer and an Artist, I understand the importance of maintaining both consistency and variety. Through our design process, we can create a mural that continues your brand story in an exciting and memorable way throughout your space.
Create an Impression: With so many shopping and food delivery options available today, it's important to cultivate a welcoming and engaging ambiance for your in-person customers. Custom, large scale art will create a memorable experience for your clientele and even drive foot traffic.
Emphasize Your Values: Incorporating custom artwork in public-facing spaces is an investment that demonstrates the care and consideration behind all aspects of your business. It communicates your values as a business owner and supports the local community, creating a sense of belonging and community.
Joyful Art = Happy People: Art is something that draws us all in. In my work, I focus on creating detailed compositions that tell a story or simply brighten up a space. I strive to design memorable pieces that feel fresh and offer viewers a new perspective.

In January 2023, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Cabo Vegan, a Brockton-based vegan restaurant, to incorporate their Cape Verdean roots into their space. The owner was passionate about showcasing both the delicious and creative ways of preparing vegan food, as well as the culture of Cape Verde. He shared reference photos of the country and expressed his desire to bring the feeling of Cape Verde's marketplaces to life in the artwork.
For one of the pillars, I painted a market scene with landmarks of Cape Verde spanning across all four sides. The composition employs layering to create space for storytelling elements and details, and incorporates a range of lively colors while maintaining an overall sense of balance and cohesion. The second pillar features three plants native to Cape Verde that are often used in their cuisine: tamarind, banana plant flower, and cashew fruit. The similar style of this mural helps to connect the visual brand throughout the space, despite the different subject matter and layout. |
